**We offer refunds in the form of IN-STORE CREDIT if items are received back to us within 14 days of you receiving your purchase. If 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please do not ship back your items if they are outside of our return window or do not meet the requirements. We cannot send it back for free. SALE items are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned. If you have any questions to whether your item is eligible for return please ask us before you ship it back.
**For your item to be eligible for return it must:
**be in the same condition that you received it
** be in the original packaging with tags still attached
**be free of any odors or smoke smell
**be free of any makeup or deodorant stains
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your item does not meet any of the above criteria we are sorry but cannot accept it as a return.
Refund for STORE CREDIT(if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account with us.

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.
Our items sell very quickly and we can not guarantee your exact item will be available for an exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to verify we have your size at email@example.com ~ and send your item to:

Please include your original invoice with your return or something stating your Name and Order # on it!
Packaging back to us doesn't have to be pretty, if you need to tape existing package that you received item in that is fine.
**You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Of course if we made a mistake we will take care of shipping ;)
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We strongly suggest getting package tracking with any items you return. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for packages lost en route back to us.
